To modify your personal data, contact details, delivery address or billing address, you must be registered. This way, you will be able to access your data and modify any of them. All you have to do is click on your name and select the option: Access my data. Once inside, you will only have to select the option Edit and Save the data you want to modify.
If you are a Consum Member-Customer, you can only modify the following data in the online shop: contact details, delivery address, billing details. To rectify the rest of your personal data, access MundoConsum with your username and password, or contact our customer support service.
You will also be able to view your purchases and saved lists, manage returns and request an invoice if necessary.
