You can immediately cancel your card on the BBVA App if it is damaged/stolen or lost and you will be sent a new one free of charge.
You can also call the BBVA customer service telephone on 900 108 590 (from Monday to Saturday from 9 a 23h, and Sundays from 10 to 22h)
Outside of those hours you can block lost cards by calling 91 362 62 00.
