The first thing is for member-customers to enter Consum's website at www.consum.es and log in with their username and password.
After logging in, they may:
- Share their culinary creations in the form of recipes with the whole Community. Before they are published and disseminated, we will check them to make sure the information is complete and meets the Cooperative’s standards and values.
- They can take part in “Try and Review”, where they can apply for free product samples that are made available every fortnight, and moreover, they can share their reviews on those products with the Community and on social media.
- Life and Travel, exclusive trips and experiences for members. Users of “Life and Travel” can upload photos of their trips or post their comments.
- They can participate by commenting on recipes posted by other members or on other website content and share website content on their social media: recipes, articles, beer, wine and spirits reviews, household tips, etc.
Points will be awarded for actions by member-customers and interaction by the rest of the Community. Those points can then be exchanged for experience gifts or they may be donated to different NGOs.
