Transferring points is exclusively between member-customers. This option can be found in the rewards section in the Mundo Consum menu (Rewards | Consum). Through the following process:
“Display screen to enter the e-mail of the person the points are to be donated to, and the quantity. A check is performed before the form is sent to make sure that the e-mail address that was entered is registered in the database and that the points to be transferred are actually available. If these data are not verified, the process will not be executed. The points are then transferred from one account to the other, notifying the recipient by e-mail that points have been donated by the sender”.
