You will be able to cancel an order providing that it is not in the preparation stage, has already been prepared or collected for delivery.
To check if you can cancel an order, you will have to go to the “My Shopping” section, and then click on the “Cancel order” option.
If you cancel an order, remember that the pre-authorised amount by your bank will be withheld in your account. It will be available again within the period established by the card issuer.
Remember that the total amount of your order is the sum of the products + the delivery and preparation costs, and therefore the full amount of those items will be available again.
If you have applied vouchers and/or discounts in the Mundo Consum loyalty programme, they will be enabled again providing that they are still valid and have not been exchanged in another purchase. Likewise, any discounts that have built-up for shopping will be deducted.
