Yes, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the following terms:
Non-perishable products: you will have a period of fourteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise this right. To do so, you may visit one of the CONSUM supermarkets and hand the product(s) you wish to return or exchange for another item of the same characteristics, together with the purchase receipt, to the person in charge of the establishment. Moreover, CONSUM has enabled an on-line returns procedure via the “My Returns” option in the Online Store during the first seven days of the total period allowed for exercising this right. Through this facility, you may request the return of one or more products individually, without the need to state a specific reason, and may freely enter whatever reason you consider appropriate (for example, "I don't want it"). Furthermore, you may also view your returns history and you will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account.
Perishable products: within seventy-two (72) hours of the time of delivery.
Returns will always be free of charge.
CONSUM shall refund the amount immediately, using the same payment method as that used for the purchase, and shall honour the price actually paid, regardless of the date on which the return is made.
