Yes, you can manage delivered order returns, either in full or in part, via the section My Shopping > Delivered Orders > Return.
You will just need to enter the number of products to be returned and state why you want to return them. Moreover, you can choose the “Replace” option if you need us to replace returned products that have been damaged, if they are not what you ordered or if there has been an incident during delivery.
Remember, return periods vary according to the different product types. See item 4. Can I return all product types?
