Depending on the operating system of your bank entity or the specific characteristics of your payment card, you may see two charges or amounts in your account.
These two amounts do not appear because we have credited your purchase twice, but because of the pre-authorisation and authorisation process that we use to credit your online purchase.
When you make your purchase, the bank entity pre-authorises us to charge the amount that appears in the online store.
This pre-authorisation will be valid for at least 7 days, depending on the card issuer, and will no longer be visible in your account after that time.
Under no circumstances is a pre-authorised amount charged; the amount charged will always correspond to the total sum of your purchase after your order has been prepared.
Remember, the final sum may vary if your basket contains variable weight products.
